I have used Roger’s services over 12 years. Roger is customer focused. I didn’t realize how much he took care of me until I dealt with someone else at his old firm. Roger consistently waived fees without telling me. So I was surprised when the fellow mortgage processor told me these were standard fees and the bank typically doesn’t waive them. When I brought this to Roger’s attention, he swiftly removed the bank fees again. In my last closing, I wanted to use a closing attorney from my legal plan. Roger explained to me lawyers in the legal plan make up for the discounted attorney fees by charging higher than average title insurance and other miscellaneous fees. I asked the legal plan lawyers for their closing costs. It was no brainer to use Roger’s closing attorney. Another value is leveraging Roger’s experience coupled with the relationships he has in the industry. Our last closing I believe he was able to get more savings for me which I believe the typical broker would have missed. I don’t know why Roger likes to work with me because I always check his rates with the competition. In addition to giving me the best deal, Roger makes the process smooth, swift and seamless.

I cannot say enough about Roger at Nations First Home Mortgage, great service from start to finish everything went very smooth and every question I asked was answered. Roger got my loan application approved in 2 weeks and ready to close. Roger was very knowledgeable and honest about fees and loan process. As a first time home buyer I had many questions around the entire process. Honestly, Roger was not the only Broker/Organization that I was working with, initially, to procure my home mortgage. Roger provided step by step guidance to us in the whole process and even after the closing for many things related to the first time home buying experience.
